Take Note

Because each piece is individually hand thrown and made, there may be slight variations in colour, dimensions and texture. I make my pieces in small batches so the store will be updated once a month or as created.

Product Care and Handling 

Each order will receive a note of details on care and temperature allowances for the pieces. The grey stoneware is dishwasher safe however not microwave safe. The porcelain is both dishwasher and microwave safe. Both are okay to place in the oven up to 400°F. However, they should be put into the oven cold and warmed up along with it. When the pottery is exposed to a sudden change in temperature or there is a great difference of surface temperature (ie: a frozen hotdog on a plate put into a microwave on high.) there is chance of stress and cracking.  Also take note, they retain heat for a while so be careful as they will be hot when touching. They are functional ware and should be put to lots of use, however, remember these pieces are handmade so handle them as such. The stoneware is quite durable where the porcelain is a little more delicate.


Shipping will be applied based on location at the check out point. Unfortunately the shipping we have in Canada is not the cheapest or the most speedy. So bear with it as it is the best option to ensure your product gets to you safely and soundly. Taxes and duties will vary depending on country. All orders will be mailed out within 7 days, all with insurance and I will send out notifications with details over email. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as I will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses. 

    Returns & Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange or return for store credit, please notify the return within 7 days of receiving the product with a note of reason and I'll be happy to do so. There are no cash refunds at this point, only exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned in unused condition. The individual is responsible for return shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping please notify me within 5 days of receiving and I will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you asap at my cost or give you store credit.
